This is the 2nd to last song on our album, and it’s about being scared shitless in a parking garage. Influenced by Beck, 92Q, and jazz.
Fun facts:
- It was originally called “Kalimba”
- The harmony line that starts at 2:22 was recorded in a pillow fort using the built-in laptop mic, and never re-recorded
- The glockenspiel sample at 3:14 is from a song I home-recorded w/ my first Baltimore band.
